The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I try to ship within a week of order, but sometimes I am unable to for personal reasons. I will always message you if I cannot ship your order within a week.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Unless the item arrives damaged the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition or the condition it arrived in, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If your item arrives damaged please contact me here or at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. You will have the option of getting a refund for the item price, getting a replacement item (if I am able to make another piece in the same style) free of charge, or sending the item back to me for a repair if it is damage that can be repaired (I will refund the cost of the return shipping if you choose this option).
