I make custom orders in the order that they are received and, because I am chronically ill, I can only make a small number of custom orders each month but I will keep you informed every step of the way.
I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I make jewelry to remind people they aren't alone in their struggles, especially with mental health and chronic illness. I have multiple mental illnesses and chronic illnesses, so I understand what it's like.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I try to ship within a week of order, but sometimes I am unable to for personal reasons. I will always message you if I cannot ship your order within a week.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Unless the item arrives damaged the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition or the condition it arrived in, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If your item arrives damaged please contact me here or at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. You will have the option of getting a refund for the item price, getting a replacement item (if I am able to make another piece in the same style) free of charge, or sending the item back to me for a repair if it is damage that can be repaired (I will refund the cost of the return shipping if you choose this option).
